This is a rare and beautiful #50 FFK Emperor from Pilot, produced c. 1989. The pen is titled Kissho-mon, or “good luck”, done with a pheasant theme. The artist of the pen is none other than the famous maki-e master, Hyakusen Murata. The pen is in perfect condition, never used or even remotely close to ink. It has been vault kept up until it was photographed for this listing. The pen comes with all original packaging: outside white box, inner wooden presentation box with writing, 2 pamphlets, polishing cloth, and eye dropper.
