Use
As a snack before training : use a bar about 1 hour before the start of your session.

During the effort : complements the action of OVERSTIM.s energy fluids, liquid meals and gels during long-distance efforts.

After the effort : 1 to 2 bars together with the OVERSTIM.s Recovery drink to be taken immediately after the end of the effort.
