This Voice flap purse is a tribute to the activist Viola Desmond. This African-Canadian woman was recognized for being an example in the fight for civil rights in Canada. The Anekke Voice collection is inspired by her story to launch a message of love and respect: Find your voice, and fight for what you believe in!

It is a coin purse with a double compartment. It is a model with a flap, that when you open it reveals two compartments: one with a snap closure, plus a back one. It also has a zippered pocket at the back.The entire interior is lined.

The main print features the image of Anekke leading a crowd, while demonstrating for peace and equality. It is a bag in shades of grey, blue, ochre and maroon, combined with embroidery and a handmade style finish.
